The first weekend in November means peak fall foliage in the Delaware Valley—it's clockwork by nature. While colorful scenes abound from West Philly to FDR Park and back up to Mayfair, perhaps nowhere in Philadelphia makes you want to zip up your autumn sweater and lace up your boots as does the Wissahickon under its annual kaleidoscope.
