In West Fairmount Park, a network of trails—hiking, biking, cross country—weaves across itself with seemingly little rhyme or reason. But the Fairmount Park Conservancy is leading a project with Philadelphia Parks and Recreation to make the trails more sustainable and promote their use with better signage.
