  • Officials at Bella Vista’s Nebinger School recently met with BLT Architects to design a gateway for its secondary entranceway on 6th Street, leading to the school yard that was just renovated with an impressive stormwater management system back in 2013. The current scheme, which is still admittedly rough, is “for an ‘open pavilion’ that includes a green-covered trellis and ceramic tile details that echo the school’s main entrance on Carpenter Street.” These two improvements are of course a good sign for the elementary school’s longevity, notes Naked Philly.
