Ethan Wallace Ethan Wallace attended Temple University, where he received a BA in Communications. He has always been interested in the forgotten, unknown, or unseen parts of the city and has spent the last several years photographing Philly’s hidden and vanishing locations.     My grandmother, was hospitalized and died in Byberry (Philadelphia State Hospital) around 1938. Do you know if there are medical records and where they are housed, or how we can get a copy of those records. We were able to get a copy of her death certificate, but cause of death just states “natural causes.” Thank you.
