Hearing on Church of the Assumption Postponed

The Daily has learned that the judge has granted a continuance in today’s scheduled Court of Common Pleas hearing in the case of Siloam vs. the Board of L&I Review and Callowhill Neighbors Association on the fate of the 1849 Church of the Assumption. Oral arguments will now begin April 26.
