Church Of The Assumption Sold–Update

Sources tell the Hidden City Daily that the 1849 Church of the Assumption on Spring Garden Street has been sold by social services agency Siloam.

Siloam’s attempt to win approval for the demolition of the church is still pending.

A real estate broker involved in the transaction has indicated to us that the buyer is a local development group without definitive development plans for the site.
